Ice Cream Cake Design.

Step 1:
Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 500×500 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #901E00 color shade.
Make a new layer set and name it ‘Ice Cream Cake’. Now create a new layer then draw a light brown rounded rectangle with #964C25 color shade and 160 x 90 px dimensions. Then go to Edit > Transform and rotate the shape as shown below.

Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to your brown rounded rectangle layer.

Step 3:
Duplicate the first rounded rectangle and remove layer style attached to the layer.

Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your second light brown rounded rectangle layer.

Step 8:
On the Layers Window create a new layer below all the current layers on your canvas. Then draw the pink shape with #D96B88 color shade design shown below using the Pen Tool or Polygonal Lasso Tool, this will be the bottom layer of the cake.

Step 9:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Satin blending options to the bottom layer design of the ice cream cake.
Result:

Step 10:
Duplicate the ‘Ice Cream Cake’ layer set and merge it through Layer > Merge Layer Set, the layer set should turn into a regular layer. Now apply a Plastic Wrap filter through Filter > Artistic and use the settings below.

Result:

Step 11:
Now set the duplicated cake layer’s opacity level to 36%.
